Danni & Toni offers 3-5 business days US shipping as our standard flat rate shipping for all merchandise orders. Items will be shipped from Danni & Toni's location in California. For orders over $25, we provide free shipping, with no promotion code needed, and free shipping for international orders over $75.

Most standard orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Our standard delivery method is ground transportation. We will send your order through major mail carriers based on what is most efficient - including UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to select the operator of your choice.



Any international import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Danni & Toni will not be responsible for reimbursement if the customer refuses to pay the customs fee, or if the package is lost in the mail due to refusal to pay the shipping fee. Please check your local customs charges regarding packages shipped from the United States to your destination.



Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return the item to us in its original condition. 

Please do not return to the sender's address, instead contact to confirm the proper address for return shipping.

Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns. If you used a shipping promotion code, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If you would like to make a return, please email us at specifying your order number and which items you will be returning, so that we can create a return shipping label for you. Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days of item receipt. However, we will still gladly accept the items if they arrive at our facility past that time frame. All you have to do is print the return label we send you, tape it onto the package, and put the package back in your mailbox for USPS to pick up. Please include the original packing slip with your return. Otherwise, we will be unable to identify your order.

Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. Danni & Toni will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.

A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 8-12 business days of receipt at our facility. PayPal will arrive in 2-3 Business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.

For return orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The actual postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

All sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.

All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.

Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.

Free Gifts must be returned along with the return item.

Member DT coins will be deducted upon return.



We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process and then place a new order.



Claims for defective items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise. Without the accompaniment of photos, it will be difficult to assist you. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or refund, depending on inventory.

In some cases it is difficult to deem the issue a result of product quality, however we will try our best to assist you in resolving the issue by providing our product expertise.



If an item was not purchased directly from, we unfortunately do not have the ability to issue a refund for it. Please return the item to the retailer from which you purchased the item. The majority of our retail partners offers a satisfaction guaranteed return policy. However, if you truly believe the item is defective, please email us with photos of application and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. We will try our best to help.



Orders may only be cancelled Monday through Friday, and within 24 hours of submission. Please email with your order number if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has likely already been processed and may already be in route to you - so can no longer be cancelled, only returned.

Please note that as we try our best to process your orders as swiftly as possible, it may be difficult to make a cancellation even if we are notified within 24 hours. In that case, we will happily offer you a return label for you to return your order upon receipt.
