Most orders are processed within 48 hours, 1-2 business days, and shipped out from Danni & Toni’s warehouse based in California. This does not include weekends and holidays, and during big sales, there might be some delays. We appreciate your great patience and understanding.
Free standard shipping is provided for domestic orders over $25 USD, and $75 internationally, with no promotion code needed.
Our standard delivery method is ground transportation. We will send your orders through major mail carriers based on what is most efficient - including UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service. Currently, we are unable to provide the option to select the operator of your choice.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge the fact that there may be additional charges occurring for international orders that are based outside of the U.S.
Any international import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Danni & Toni will not be responsible for reimbursement if the customer refuses to pay the customs fee, or if the package is lost in the mail due to refusal to pay the shipping fee. Please check your local customs charges regarding packages shipped from the United States to your destination.
TRACK YOUR ORDERS
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment at any given time through email. Please go to the corresponding carrier’s website for detailed tracking information.
Orders may only be canceled Monday through Friday and within 12 hours of submission. Please email email@example.com with your order number asap if you wish to cancel your order. After 12 hours, the order has likely already been processed and may already be en route to you - so can no longer be canceled, only returned.
Please note that as we try our best to process your orders as swiftly as possible, it may be difficult to make a cancellation even if we are notified within 12 hours. In that case, we will happily offer you a return label for you to return your order upon receipt. Shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund in this regard.
As it is the customers’ responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.
Even if you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order in time.
Unfortunately, if a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake on your end, it would be difficult to offer you a refund or replacement. If you have access to the location or are able to contact the current resident, we suggest reaching out to them in regard to your package. You can also try submitting a missing mail request to the mail carrier and see if you can have it returned to you.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
In the event that your parcel was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please double-check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address. Please contact us in the meanwhile at firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct shipping address.
In a more serious situation where your package has been lost or stolen, we advise you to file a mail claim with the carrier. As the merchant, we can help provide all essential information for the claim to be processed, but please be noted, Danni & Toni are not held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. For some carriers, when filing a claim, either for lost/stolen/not receiving, there is a waiting period. For instance, for USPS, “Domestic claims should be submitted 20 days after the shipping date. If a claim is submitted earlier, it will not be reviewed until the 20-day period has passed.”
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will process a return for your order. Please note that any shipping fees will be deducted if the order was returned due to an error on the customer’s part.
Since our gel wraps are considered a beauty and cosmetic product, for health and hygiene reasons, only unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in perfect (original) condition, unused, and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return the item to us in its original condition. Please do not return to the sender's address, instead contact email@example.com to confirm the proper address for return shipping.
Simply return your items to the address provided on your return slip. Please note, this is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for the return postage at your local post office.
Please note, orders paid entirely or partially with store credit will be refunded that amount back to store credit.
HOW TO FILE A RETURN
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number and which items you will be returning, so that we can create a return shipping label for you. Please print the return label we send you, tape it onto the package, and put the package back in your mailbox for USPS to pick up. Please also include the original packing slip with your return. Otherwise, we will be unable to identify your order.
Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. Danni & Toni will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 8-12 business days of receipt at our facility. PayPal will arrive in 2-3 Business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.
- All sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
- All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.
- Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.
- Free Gifts must be returned along with the return item.

DANNITONI.COM WEBSITE PURCHASES
Claims for defective items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. If you feel you have received a defective product, please email email@example.com with your order number, item number, and a clear photo of the defective merchandise. Without the accompaniment of photos, it will be difficult to assist you. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or a refund, depending on the inventory.
In some cases it is difficult to deem the issue a result of product quality, however, we will try our best to assist you in resolving the issue by providing our product expertise.
If an item was not purchased directly from dannitoni.com, we, unfortunately, do not have the ability to issue a refund for it. Please return the item to the retailer from which you purchased the item. The majority of our retail partners offer a satisfaction-guaranteed return policy. However, if you truly believe the item is defective, please email us with photos of the application and proof of purchase in the form of a receipt. We will try our best to help.
1. PREP YOUR NAILS
Wash your hands & let dry, remove cuticles, and clean your nails with cotton prep pad for any oil, residue. Avoid using hand cream or cuticle oil before apply gel strips.
2. CHOOSE SIZE
Ideally, choose a slightly smaller size and fit to your nails by stretching it. Hold the nail strip sheet over your nails. You can always trim. or stretch vertically/horizontally to find your perfect size.
Apply by folding the overhanging end under your nail tips to cover the entire nail edge. Then press firmly from the middle to the side to smooth out any wrinkles and air bubbles, especially the edges.
4. CUT OFF THE EXTRA
Use the scissors that comes with the tool kit to cit off the excess, make sure you leave some around the nail edge.
5. TRIM THE EDGES
Trim your nail strips with the nail file with the rougher side. File the strips vertically, and always do it in one direction to avoid damaging the strips.
6. CURE WITH THE LAMP
Finally, connect your UV gel nail lamp to a power source, place your fingers under the lamp and switch it on. Cure your nail strips for around 60 seconds.
Optional: top coat
If you want extra shine and durability to your nails, you can apply a thin layer of top coat after step 6, and cure it after applying top coat for it to become dry.
