We offer 3-5 business days US shipping as our standard flat-rate-shipping method. All orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. The ETA's below are shipping times from when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in California. Please note that online orders are not processed over weekends or public holidays.

Our standard delivery method is ground transportation. We will send your order through major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and U.S. Postal Service. At this stage, we are unable to provide the option to select the operator of your choice.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, or go directly to your account. Please check your spam box if not received.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Please be aware deliveries to countries outside the U.S might incur additional charges, such as customs or import taxes/duties/COD (cash-on-delivery) fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.

Danni & Toni is not responsible for reimbursement if the customer refuses to pay any of the fees mentioned above, or if the package is lost in the mail due to refusal to pay the shipping fee. Please check your local customs charges regarding packages shipped from the United States to your destination.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, local courier will attempt re-delivery. If unable to arrange a re-delivery by your local courier's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way or items may get stolen, and we will do our best to try and help you find your missing item. Note: for claims, you can start a UPS claim within 60 days of the scheduled delivery for packages that have been lost or damaged.domestic insurance claims can only be submitted after 20 days since shipping date; and 40 days for international claim submissions.

However, Danni & Toni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Danni & Toni is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.

If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please email us at info@dannitoni.com as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
