And my nails are growing...all this means is that for me, I can have even sized shorter nails. Without these, I would always break or split a nail. So I wear these to protect my nails. The bonus us that my hands look a lot more finished than with plain clear polish. And the first set I removed before I bought the remover, I did with Vaseline and the wood stick. I'm hooked!
